About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

Hello, we reside in Nicaragua, where there is no Chinese embassy or consulate. My daughter, is planning on attending a student conference in Beijing during the summer, and is in need of a visa. Can she obtain a visa from the consulate in Costa Rica? If so, how can this be done? She has dual Nicaraguan and USA passports. thank you

Yes, your daughter can submit her application to China Embassy in Costa Rica. If she can not go there in person, she can entrust others to handle this on her behalf. The visa type for her should be F. And the requirements are applicaiton form for China; original passport, photo and invitation letter from China.
