what will you recommend us to buy what type of octopus card if we are to stay for 4 days time? and how much will it cost us?does it had any expiry?

I think you can just buy a Standard Octopus card. To buy a octopus card, you have to pay HKD50 as the deposit, and then store at least HKD100. It is valid for 3 years.
