About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi,

1.Im visiting HK and will have 1 day tour to Shenzhen and other to Macau, what kind of entry should i apply for? Single entry or double entry?

2.My current location is in Sabah Malaysia, how can i apply for china Visa? can it be done through online or our state immigration? I learnt that China embassay only available in Kuala Lumpur.

Since you are exempted from visa to Hong Kong for 90 days and Macao for 30 days, what you need is a Shenzhen visa only, single entry is enough. You can get it processed from Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Kuching in person or by someone you entrust.

u mean i can ask someone to do it for me?

can i send my sister to do it?i might just post my passport, pictures and document i filled.

Yes, you can ask your sister to submit application on your behalf, the power of attorney is not required. You can send your passport and its copy, one filled visa application form affixed with one passport photo, round-trip flight ticekts to your sister, then she can submit them to China consulate in Kuching
