I will be arriving Shanghai pudong airport next week.I want to purchase a new mobile connection.PLease advice where could i find it in the airport ?

You can find China Mobile Business Hall at the waiting hall of  T1 or T2. Well, there may be signs showing you the direction. You can also ask for the airport staff for help.
