About:Hong Kong Disneyland

Hi, I am visiting Hong Kong middle of this March and this is my 1st time to HKG. My questions is;-
i)What is the whether in Hong Kong now?
ii)Please give me a few of list, 2 or 3 star hotels near to Disneyland Hong Kong. How far (distance)?
ii) Please advice me, places of interest that i can visit in 3Days/2Nights? include disneyland.

a. It is warm and dry in HK now, with a temperature of 16-20C.
b. There are only a few hotels near disneyland like Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Hong Kong.
c. I would like to make your itinerary as follows:
Day 1: Disneyland
Day 2: Ocean park, victoria peak, avenue pf star, symphony of lights.
Day 3: Ngong Ping 360, Giant Buddha, citygate outlets
