It is humid and sweltering in July in Taiwan. The highest temperature can reach 38C.  July is also the typhoon season in Taiwan with the most activities to experience. There are many rainy days during this month. Summer cool clothing is needed. Taipei Charming City Hotel is really a nice hotel to stay in. It is located at Xinyi commercial area.
