Hi, I am a Pkistani Passport holder but had a spouse visa of 3 yrs which expired on 23-06-2010 now i want to go to hk coz my husband and son who is of 2 yrs had to go to hk to give entry there but now i dont have the hk visa...so can i get visa extension(now after the expiry) or i have to go on visit visa...moreover hk visit visa will be of how much duration.

You need to apply for a new visa through Chinese embassy over the area you reside. duration of general visit visa is 30 days, and it can be extended in HK.
