Hi, none visa will be required if you stay in Macau less then 30 days.
From Tsuen Wan, you can take MTR Tsuen Wan line to Tsim Sha Tsui. Then walk to China Ferry Terminal to take ferry to Macau. It takes about 50 minutes. The ferry operates 24 hours. Well, the last metro is at 23:30.
