Hi, I'm planning a holiday to Shenzhen and rural areas (village) from End-April to Mid-May. Will it be very crowded during the Labour Day weekend (30 April - 3 May)? Which days exactly will it be crowded? Will it be difficult to travel around in public transport? Will it be better to stay in the city or in the rural areas during this weekend? Thanks!

It will be crowded from May 1-3 in Downtown Shenzhen. I think it doesn't matter too much whether you will stay in the rural area or city if you book the hotel in advance.
