How to get to Beijing Oriental Culture hotel from the airport?

I need some kind of transportation from the airport to Oriental Culture hotel, no.101 jiao dao kou east street, dongcheng dis beijing china, Back Lakes (Hou Hai), Beijing.
I am coming on Wednesday, at 14.30. What do You suggest me?
