You need to provide following documents:1. Original passport valid for more than 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages. 2. application form with a passport sized photo stuck on it. 3. round-trip tickets and possibly hotel reservation.4. If you are travel in a group, you may required to provide itinerary from a Chinese travel agency.
