The diplomatic reply of mr. Scott has no interest for me. I want to know when there is more chance to see clearly the scenery along Li, in Guilin and in Yangshuo. I have recently been in Asian places full of fog making not good to take picture. I want to photograph the standard placed around Guilin, not just to see those place in a group tour. So, when my photos may be more clear without fog and clouds, from end august till 20 december ? Thanks.
