any information on xi shui y mn s cunjin tang shan zhuang in beijing?

I'm interested in knowing more about 西水峪民俗村 (Xī Shuǐ Yù Mín Sú Cūn)and 金汤山庄 (Jīn Tāng Shān Zhuāng). How can I get there? What is there to do there? Do  you think a group of foreign elementary students would be interested in visiting any of those two towns?

I know Xishuiyu is located in Huairou District of Beijing, which could be reached by bus from Beijing. If you have a group of students, you'd better hire a van driving there, not close from downtwon Beijing. However, I think these teenagers may be more interested in Happy Valley rather than a quiet local village for leisure at weekend/
