Is time enough for the transfer between Beijing Capital Airport to Nanyuan Airport for the flight at 09:25am?

Hi Folks

I will touch down in Beijing Capital International Airport at 7:05am. If I were to take a cab from the airport to Beijing Nanyuan Airport to catch my connecting flight at 9:25am, is it sufficient time for me? How long is the journey there taking into consideration it's a peak hour to work.
