Where is The Porcelain tower of Nanjing? and how can I go to see it?

I think you mean the tower in Big Baoen Temple. It is just ruin here and the tower was destroyed in war around 1856. The the government decided to rebuilt the tower and the temple. I think the construction has just launched several months ago.
