how do I get from the Hongquiao airport to the Xingyu(Oriental Bund Hotel) Hotel? Is there an airport shuttle bus? How much would the taxi cost?

No direct shuttle bus. You can take Subway Line 2 from Hongqiao Airport to East Nanjing Road. Then it is very close to the hotel. You can change to Line 10 and get off the next stop, Yuyuan Station. Then walk there. I think the taxi cost is some 60RMB.
