Question

I am working in Suzhou for two days, and have one spare day before I return to the UK.  How far is Suzhou from the centre?  Would it be better to move to a downtown Shanghai hotel or stay at the hotel in Suzhou district?

It is about 80-100km from Suzhou to Shanghai. You can move to a down town Shanghai Hotel to stay and spend the last day to have a general visit of Shanghai.
