Your itinerary is ok. You may take bus No. 26A from grand waldo hotel to New road, and then walk to senado square and ruins of st paul. Then take bus no. 9a,18,23,32 from Macau square near ruins of st paul to Macau tower. There is no free shuttle from Macau tower to Wynns, but it onlu costs about HKD28 by taxi.

No free shuttle bus directly. You can take the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel to Macau Marine ferry terminal first and then walk about 10 minutes or so to the museum.
