About:How to Buy Tickets

I will fly to Shanghai from Europe, and want to take the CRH to Nanjing. As I can't receive the ticket outside China, and wont be staying at a Chinese hotel before traveling, is it possible to buy the ticket (Soft Seat) directly at the station in Shanghai just before departure. Also will the person at the ticket office in Shanghai speak any English? Thanks in advance for answering

In that case, you could buy the tickets directly at the train station after your arrival and many trains are operating from Shanghai to Nanjing, almost several ones running each hour. Besides, there are some staffs speaking English at the Shanghai train station.
