Hi,I intend to visit Chengdu in April' 2011. I plan to enter China by Road from Pakistan so, is there any train route to reach Chengdu from Kashi / Shache ??and what will be approximate train fare ?

So, you will firstly arrive in Xinjiang. However, there is no train from Kashgar to Chengdu. You have proceed to Urumqi, the capital city of Xinjiang and then take train K451/K454 to Chengdu. The journey is about 50 hours. If possible, suggested that you fly to Chengdu from Xinjiang.
