No bullet train from Shanghai to Huangshan. The wuickest way is going by bus. The train will take at least 12 hours. It takes 5 hours or so by bus. If you want go by train, you can get to Hefei by bullet train from Shanghai first, 3.5 hours. It takes 3-4 hours by bus from hefei to Huangshan then. Of course, it is cheaper and faster by direct bus from Shanghai to Huangshan. Shanghai South Bus Station has buses to Huangshan.
