About:China Visa Application in UK

Hello,
I know that Mongolians do not need a visa to enter Beijing. It has been a long time, but on your website it says only diplomats or service passport holders do not need a visa. Why is that? I've been passing through Beijing to Mongolia many times before and have never required a visa. Please clarify me if I need a visa now. Actually I am travelling with my new British passport with my married surname and am entering China with my Mongolian passport with my unmarried surname. Will there be any problems?

Thank you

If you go to China from Uk, you have to use your British passport because there is exit record on your UK passport, then a visa is required.
