About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

Is it possible for me to know what all places i used Bejing metro card using the card number?

Hi,
I am staying in Beijing from past 1 year. I am using metro card. I will be traveling back to my home country in 2 weeks. Is it possible for me to know what all places i used
this card using the card number? Because each subway station has the device to check this. Is there any other method through which we can get the details? I traveled a lot in Beijing. This will be memorable moment for me:)
