You can apply for a business visa to attend a workshop in Lijiang, but the invitation letter of confirmation issued by Foreign Affairs Office or Economic and Trade Bureau is required. RS. 2,000 for single entry visa or double entry visa. If you apply for it in New Delhi or Mumbai, you also need to pay extra RS. 610 to the CVASC in New Delhi or Mumbai.
