About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

i want to study masters in Human Resource Administration, please give the list of universities that have this course and they do not require work experience. i graduated last year so i haven't got any employment.

some universities also require HSK certificate so what happens if i have not learned any chinese. or this implies i will not be accepted. please help

The following universities have Human Resource Administration course:
Shaanxi Normal University
Xi'an Technological University
Shanghai Normal University
Shenzhen University
Guangzhou University
HSK certificate is required if you plan to study in China, and different universities have different standard for that.
