About:Yinchuan Hedong Airport

We have booked a flight to Adelaide South Australia ,one way ticket on a temporary working visa. We were told by our agent that baggage allows 40 kg per person. Does this include hand luggage weight as well? I intend to take my laptop as well. Could I TAKE IT IN HAND LUGGAGE?

THANKS!

According to Malaysia Airlines, each passenger holding one first class adult ticket is entitled to a free baggage allowance of 40 kg (checked luggage). And First Class passengers are allowed to take two pieces of hand baggage, which may not exceed the dimensions 56x36x23 cm and the weight of 5 kg. Besides, the laptop is also allowed as hand baggage.
