About:Power Plugs / Sockets in China

Do I need different converters in China mainland, HK and Japan to charge my cell phone or use my pc?

I am traveling to (1) China (mainland) (2) Hong Kong and (3) Tokyo. Do I need 3 different converters to charge my cell phone or use my my pc?

You need two different converters in China mainland and Hong Kong. Japan has the same with USA.
