Hi,

I'm going to Taipei tomorrow (15 Feb~20 Feb). I browsed through the weather forecast for Taipei on the internet and it showed that the average temperature is 10'c to 20'c). What type of proper clothing that should I bring? Is it appropriate to bring wear scarf & casual boots? Thanx in advance.

It is cool and pleasant. You have no need to bring wear scarf and casual boots. Light-weight clothing is OK, Such as long-sleeved T-shirts with thin jacket.
