About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

I am applying for a visa by post for our family of 4 as we live 3 hours away from sydney. I am concerned about sending all our passport via Express Post as per the instruction s as this is not a registered mail.
Can I send it as a registered mail instead.

Please use Australia Post's Express Post service for mailing postal applications. The Centre's mailing address is: PO Box 20516 World Square NSW 2002. Please take down the tracking number of your package so that you can obtain the status of your package from Australia Post Express Post Service. Please note: the Center doesn't accept the visa application passed on by any courier. And, you must provide an addressed and postage paid Express Post envelope, take down the return envelope's delivery tracking number in order to obtain the status of delivery from Australia Post Express Post Service.
