About:Chinese Embassy in Mexico

Dear Sir,

I am an Indian Citizen and has been in mexico for past 2.5 months on mexico business visa. I am travelling back to India via china wih less than 4 hours connection time
1. Do I need chinese transit visa
2. Can I apply for transit visa in tijuana and how long will it take to get the visa

1. If you won't leave the airport during the transit, a visa is not required, just take your through flight tickets and valid passport.

2. If you exit the airport to enter the city, a transit visa is required, you can apply for it in Tijuana, it takes 5 working days (submit application on Fri, pick up visa on next Thu.)
