In Hangzhou, which are the recommended/reliable shops where I can get good Longjing tea leaves? I don't plan to go to any of the tea plantations.

There is a original West Lake Longjing Tea Company at 602 Fengqi Lu. You may go there to buy the tea.

most every mall has a tea leave store- you can try the different teas.   most areas also have a tea shoppe offering the same
