I am a USA citizen.  I would like to travel to Beijing China to get married.  My husband to be is a Nigerian student visa holder.  Is this legal?

I'm afraid that it is difficult for you to register civil marriage in China since neither of you are Chinese residents. And, it will also cause other notarial problem in USA and Nigeria. Better to do this in your or your husband's counties.
