I would like to book a soft sleeper for one adult and three children from Shanghai to Beijing on the night of the 28th February. Can you guarantee that we would have one soft sleeper cabin with four bunks and how much it will cost for one adult and three children aged 7 and 5 and 5. Thank you in advance for your help. If you forward such request when booking tickets, they will try best to issue tickets in the same cabin for you. It is learned that one adult passenger can carry one child below 1.1meters for free. For the children between 1.1meters and 1.5meters, they could enjoy the children ticket price which is full soft sleeper ticket price deducting half price for the hard seat.
