I am a Myanmar citizen and going to apply Z visa at Chinese Embassy in Yangon soon. I know that original copies of visa notification and work permit are needed. What else do I have to ask from my employer? Some websites mentioned that Q1 form need to be sealed by employer. Is it also needed at the embassy in Yangon?

You don't need to ask other documents from your employer besides work permit and visa notification form. You need to prepare other documents, such as your passport, one passport photo, fill visa application form, get the Physical Examination Record
