Is there a ferry from Xiamen to Taiwan and if so how long does the trip take

There seems no ferry service from Xiamen to Taiwan. The best way is by air.

There is ferry from Xiamen to Kinmen(island) and then you can either take another ferry to Taiwan mainland or by air.
