If you get a package tour for 3 days in Hong Kong, you have to exit Hong Kong with other tour members, you can't stay in Hong Kong for 10 days.

In addition, to prevent child trafficking, Republic Act 7610 requires unaccompanied minors below 18 years old who are traveling abroad to secure a travel clearance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

I think that it is hard for you to find a tour package for you five.
