when sending the application, i know i need to have the photo copy of the passport, photo copy of drivers license, form v2011A/B and an spare envelope and money order to pay for it.

Questions: how much is the money order (i am doing 3 applications for 3 people), and do i need to include my australian passport in the envelop aswell?
