when sending the application, i know i need to have the photo copy of the passport, photo copy of drivers license, form v2011A/B and an spare envelope and money order to pay for it.Questions: how much is the money order (i am doing 3 applications for 3 people), and do i need to include my australian passport in the envelop aswell? thanks :)

Can you tell where do you live? Which CVASC center do you want to send? Do you use the regular service or express service or rush service? The Australian passport should be included in the envelop.
