About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

hi! i was issued a china visa before when i went to shenzen last 2005 but when i applied for a new china visa, they didn't consider my old china visa. i was confident that they will grant me new china visa but they're asking for requirements for first time applicant which i dont have right now. my flight is scheduled on 13feb2011. please help.

Shenzhen visa can not be counted as an entry before to China. So, you need to provide what they asked for China visa application this time.
