About:China Visa on Arrival

I planning a short trip to ShenZhen via Hong Kong; I'm a Malaysian, can I apply visa on arrival at Lo Wu?

You can try to apply Shenzhen visa at luo Hu Port, but no one can ensure you with that. The fee is about HKD 150.
