Hello,My wife is a Chinese national and living in Melbourne. She needs to renew her Chinese passport, as it expres 18th Feb. How does she go about this please, as I have tried calling all the options avaliable in Melbourne, but with no reply to my calls, Thanks ...Chris.

She can renew her passport from Chinese consulate in Melbourne, the requirements are: one application form (the form can be download from their official website), 3 colored photos, copies of her old passport information page and Austrilian visa page,  If she got permanent resicency in Australia for more than 2 years, she is required to provide a certificate issued by Australian immigration that states she does not join Australian nationality.
