Hi.
This will be my first time to apply for a China visa. Do we need to make a personal appearance or an agency can apply/submit for us? It says that personal appearance is required for 16-21 yrs old. Im already 22 yrs old so i would like to know if an agency can apply on my behalf. Thanks!
