I am currently in the process of making a visa application for travel to China.This will be the first time I have ever travelled internationally, so I am not farmillar with all that goes on and normal proceedures.First off I am a bit puzzelled with the form.1.11   Local ID in Australia we don't have one 2.3 First date of entry  - at this time I am not sure of the date I will be entrying China as I have not booked flights or accommadtion and did not intend to do so until I new I had a visa. 2.5 Does this section refer to Hotel accommadtion I will be staying in in China3.5 is this section only needed to be filled in if working in ChinaThank you for your assitance RegardsMike Hendy

you can put N/A for items if you do not have proper answers. For the first date of entry, you can presume a date that you will possibly enter China. And for Section 2.5, you can put there your hotels in China.
