About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

want to know agency code of Yunnan university.is it obligatory to collect an admission letter before applying in Chinese govt scholarship from??

Agency number of Yunnan University is 10681. I don't think you have to get the admission letter from a Chinese university first, since it is not necessary for scholarship application.
