Hi, I ordered a jacket from Ebay... tracking number is RA002475769CN. After weeks and weeks it is now saying unsuccessful delivery. Seller has not responded to my many emails. No note in my mail box or my door saying that it tried to be delivered? Why would it be unsuccessful? And if it is unsuccessful, how many times will they try again? Or will it be shipped back to China? Or will it be shipped to a local post office? Thanks

If the delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel may be shipped back, or it hasn't shipped out at all.
