since it was outside macau do we need a vias to enter the place? the address on the booking on line is confusing i thought in the first place it was still part of macau..we will be in macau on feb4-feb8..thank you

You do have to apply for a China visa to stay at the hotel.

can we apply the visa once we arrived at macau international airport? if so how much? and what are the requirements?

It is suggested that you apply for a valid China visa before leaving for Macau. The visa could be issued at Macau Airport but will take you 1~2 days to collect it.

Oh thats my problem now. Victim of airasia promo. Thought green tree is in macau and my flight on march 3.. No visa yet
