About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I'd like to ask what specific date would the Consular Office in Manila will observe their Chinese New Year??? I was told that they will be close and I will be applying for my visa...

It is closed on Feb2, Feb3, Feb5, Feb6 and Feb7, it is open on Feb 4. It resumes to work on Feb8

Good Day! Me and my parents are planning to visit the chinese embassy in manila tomorrow Feb. 4 to apply for our visa. kindly confirm if the emabssy tomorrow is open for visa application?
