About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

Dear Sir,

I would like to enquire as i am going to Shanghai on 3rd of feb 2011 till 8th feb 2011. Is it very cold over there and will it snow during that period of time?

it will be cold then with an average temperature of 14c, but it seems no snow according to the weather forecast.
