May I know the taxi fare from Macau International Airport to Hotel Sintra ?

And I wonder is Hotel Grand Lisboa, Hotel Lisboa and Hotel Sintra under one group ? If yes, can I take the shuttle bus to drop at Grand Lisboa and I walk to Hotel Sintra, can I know how long the walking distance is ?
