what is your office hour during Chinese new year??

i need to go China on 23 Feb.. still in time to apply??

The Consular Office of the China Embassy in Brunei will be closed from 2nd to 8th February 2011 and open on 30th January and 12th February 2011 for the Chinese Spring Festival. The general processing time is 4 working days, and they also provide Express & Rush Service for visa processing.
