But for accompanying family member, you need to provide Proof of relationship - original NSO birth certificate; and Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit issued by China Foreign Affairs; Copy of your father's valid residence visa, working visa, working card and passport information page and a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen.
