First of all. I have to say that visa officers are empowered to decide your visa types. You may not get a visa as you wish. But for accompanying family member, you need to provide Proof of relationship - original NSO birth certificate; and Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit issued by China Foreign Affairs; Copy of your father's valid residence visa, working visa, working card and passport information page and a Physical Examination Certificate for Foreign Citizen.
